  我要仿真一个直径为70um大小的matelens，rcwa宽度为70um，高度为400um。然而我看当使用k -vector为100时，其电场监视器显示的数据比较少，我想获取精度更高的电场数据，便把k-vector提高到1000时，此时出现闪退。

  Sorry to reply you late as it seems this one was missed.
  Somehow I cannot type in Chinese. Please try to use 200,300... gradually. Large number of k vectors needs a lot of memories.
  Please install the latest version.
