I've just tidied the other thread, in this case I'm assuming it's a Forum glitch but if a post does disappear please refresh the screen & give it a minute or so. 

If it's a film you want to see you may find the Eulerian Wall Film to be of use. Using the Accretion model in combination with Trap is an older way of doing it, but EWF with film momentum off (to stop the film moving) may be nearer what you're after now. Or leave momentum on if you expect the film to slowly pour downwards.
