Hi there,
I am currently trying to create an inflation layer around a cylinder which is close to another component. This results in the inflation being cut off even though I have activated shared topology in Space Claim. In my inflation settings I have selected both faces as my geometry. I can not merge both components since the sweep method only works when the body is cut into several parts. Can the inflation somehow continue on the other surface?
Thanks in advance

That cylinder is very close to the wall. You will need to use very very fine surface mesh size in that proximity. Once you get very fine size on the surface mesh then you may get few layers in that proximity area. With the corase surface mesh in that gap you will not get inflation layers.
Please go through help manual for more details
