Thank you for responding to my query on the Ansys forum regarding my transient thermal analysis project.

To provide further clarification, my project involves simulating a constant temperature source, representing laser beam scanning, for annealing CZTS coated on Mo film. The primary challenge is extracting a 3D heat flux profile from this thermal analysis and then integrating it into a new transient thermal module for more detailed examination. The objective is to achieve more homogeneous heating compared to the traditional Gaussian beam annealing process.
