I am not sure, can I also ask something for the Designmodeler?
Because there is no channel for that.

I try to create a round corner between two different triangles:

 

Like this:



But with two different width. Is there a possibility to create that?

I am not sure what you mean by different width. 

You can create round corner in DM. 

Also please check SpaceClaim. It is much easier in SpaceClaim.

The illustration doesn’t make it clear where you want to draw the rounded corner between the two triangles. To help you comprehend the part better, you can use a drawing to highlight it.
To do this, I would advise you to use the variable radius option. Kindly give this a try and let me know if it doesn’t meet your requirements.
As keyur correctly pointed out, You may perform this CAD operation considerably better by using the SpaceClaim or Discovery tool.

You should be able to do a skin/loft between the two profiles.
