SubscriberPlease annotate your image and label the "other part of the 2D section" and which is the "second section". I don't follow what you want and what is happening.

SubscriberOf course, you can see now that it has created the holes, not the part that should be there, it is absolutely primitive, but I do not know how to do to create a flat plate with holes...

SubscriberI understand now what you want.
Generally, if you have a closed outer loop of curves forming the outline of the part and a set of circles inside, when you extrude that sketch, you will get what you want, which is the outline with holes in it.
I believe your outline loop of curves has a gap in it. Delete all the interior curves and extrude. You should get a surface body. Click on View > Graphics Options > Edge Coloring > By Connection. Edges that are free are red, edges that are connected to two faces are black. Look for the edge that is red and repair the sketch to connect the two end points to there is no gap.
It is easier to work if you create the outline in one sketch, extrude that, then make a second sketch and extrude that to cut the holes.Â

SubscriberSo the end of the problem was to think about its creation and I realized that doing the object without holes could be better and it was and I was it able to do it in this way, apart from the fact that I was able to change the possibility of your colleague, who helped me to update the installation. However I will need another help with the addition on the hole made I need to add another part of the Aluminium of 2 mm / on the hole and the rest of the structure holding the part of it. Thanks and lets go further. Thanks Jiri

SubscriberOn the 2 holes made over of the 2 mm plate of the hole to make it not just like a hole, but with the bottom 2mm Al surface. And typically, I am not able to do it with extrude capability at all. So I am sure you will be able to help me in this way. Thanks Jiri

SubscriberSo at the end, I have to do it a bit differently, so you can see it in the picture, however there is some other problem. Just trying to do the rounded edge, but the whole is not possible. Do you have an idea, what can be the problem. Thanks a lot. The point is that I am not able to finish it all the 90 deg at all.

Ansys Employeeit may not be possible as you can see some small feature at the end of edge forming a sharp angle.Â
please try to create round for all edges in that loop in one go.Â

SubscriberThis is great, but I cannot see any problem at this site at all, but three lines having the magnitude on was only 1.86 not 2 mm, which was also interesting in this matter. So till now I have no idea what to do with it.

SubscriberJiri, has any post in this discussion answered your original question about extruding holes instead of a base? Please mark that post with Is Solution and close this discussion. In the future, when you get an answer to your question, close the discussion. If you have a new question, open a new discussion. It's cleaner that way. I'm glad you did that with the new discussion on the blend. Keep doing that.
