I have a cup model that has a gap between two walls, and I would like to add 96 degree water in it (Environment has room temperature). I want to see how much time it takes temperature to drop 80 degree. I tried to use transient structural module and assigned convection inside of the system. Also I assign radiation to the outer surface of the cup, but I couldnt find results as reasonable.

Can someone briefly explain to me how to do this water cooling analysis?

If you have access to Ansys Learning Hub (ALH), a similar problem has been solved using commands (APDL) utilizing SURF152 elements in Workshop #1 of Module 7 in Ansys Mechanical Heat Transfer course:

Bu the IC command needs to go on the nodes of the body so that named selection (COFFEEBODY) needs to be converted to a nodal named selection.
Also in the above post see the limitations with this analysis.
