SubscriberGood day!
I kindly need urgent assistance with solving the issue of getting an error message that says "Error in CAD import" in Ansys FLUENT meshing. Please find attached the images which show this error message and the respective information from the console. Furthermore, how can I ensure that the warning messages in one of the attached images does not appear i.e., what changes should I make to the meshing parameters?

Ansys EmployeeDoes this error come in during CAD import or any other operation?Â
If it is during CAD import, please make sure you have run CAD Configuration Manager correctly.Â
Please go through help manual for more detailsÂ
https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v222/en/ref_cad/ref_cad.html
If CAD import is successful and still you getting errors then please check geometry in SpaceClaim.Â
Select geometry in structure tree --> Use right click --> Select Check Geometry. (Or Tools - Fault Detection in DM)
The geometry should be error free to proceed.ÂAlso make sure you apply correct sizing to your geometry before surface mesh generation.Â

SubscriberHi Keyur, thank you for your response.
The error appears when I execute the command to generate the surface mesh on the object. I will try to implement your suggested solutions.
Regards,
Malungelo
