Iceman
Ansys EmployeeTEC library has some standard TEC you can use in the model directly. Create TEC macro allows you to create customized TEC geometry. Run TEC Macro must to be used to run the model if there is a TEC present in the model. For the parameters in your question 3, one is for heat transfer to the cold side and the other is heat transfer from the hot side. They are both temperature dependent. You will need to get them from experiments or vendor data. Please check this link for the formulations (A Simple Method to Estimate the Physical Characteristics of a Thermoelectric Cooler from Vendor Datasheets | Electronics Cooling (electronics-cooling.com)).
