Hello,

What do i have to check when this error suddenly appears?

A customer could work today in SpaceClaim, but suddenly got this message after restarting the program.

Hello Paul, 

Can you please check is there any network issue happened at your end? Please check with your IT. 

Can you please check the Ansys PORTS are open in firewall on both client and license server machine? 

Please try to ping and telent to license server machine. make sure you get the success o/p. 

Please perform the reboot on machine and see the spaceclaim launches fine?
