Meshing question

  Hello
  I would like to ask your help about mesh generation...
  I have attached a few photos from the stapes where I followed, please can you tell me how to set my study with the appropriate way. As last please can you help me how can I set the mesh in any of these rectangular on the frool, the mesh should be 16 equal size nodes for any of these multicolour rectangular area (6x5x0.25metres)....
