Student License Not Working – Electronics Desktop Student

  I have followed the instructions for installing the student version of Ansys Electronics Desktop 2023 R2 and get the following error:
  Request name electronics_desktop does not exist in the licensing pool.
  No valid FLEXlm servers specified.
  I am presented with a "Diagnose..." button and an "OK" button.
