I have specified a boundary value for the UDS that calculates the temperature of a solid in a multiphase porous media. However, it looks like the value (37 deg C) is not considered in the calculation. I understand that the boundary values are specified at the face/wall. Do I need to write a UDF to calculate the value at the cell center? If so what would be the macro for it?

You have a value of 37 for the UDS at the bottom edge (wall?), and it looks like the value then diffuses/convects into the cell zone. If you want a nominally fixed value (which can be varied by some calculations) you may want to see if UDM is better suited.
