An unknown error occurred during solution.

  Can someone please help with this. I am attaching the solver output file with this.

  Not everyone in the community is able to download the files. Is this problem with Mechanical? Just use a text editor, search for "error" and post what the message says?

  Yes the problem is with mechanical. The meshing goes through fine but the solution starts to show an error. The error part just says to review an error file.

  Ok, Please right click on Solutio>Open Solver Files Directory and edit file.err in a text editor. Search for the error there?
  
  Also, not everyone is able to download files on the community. If you can post inline images of the setup, Details of Analysis Settings, Solution etc. maybe we can give some suggestions.
