How can I give flow in one pipe at inlet and measure flow (m^3/Sec) in different pipes at outlet in ansys Fluent?

You can create an expression for flow rate and then define report definition at your outlets to monitor those values.

Here's an example expression for Area average of Volume flow rate through zone 'main-inlet'
AreaAve(MassFlow(['main-inlet'])/Density,['main-inlet'])
