SubscriberHello,
I have a body( shown in the below figure) for which I would like to conduct a brake test. This means that I would like to see the deformation, stress, etc when the body is stopped suddenly. I have thought to implement it in explicit dynamics with 2m/s but have no clue how to test the braking scenario.Any leads on this situation would be highly appreciatedÂ
Thank you,

Ansys EmployeeHi Mahdav,
Are you planning to model the whole brake assembly like the rotor, pads, etc.?Â
Stress/strain fields in which parts of the model are of interest to you?
