DPM to VOF model in two phase flow at air-porous medium contact surface

Hello everybody, I know how to simulate DPMtoVOF and also know how to simulate multiVOF on porous medium. However, I am having trouble with changing DPMtoVOF at the surface of the porous medium. I think this is the limitation of the porous medium simulation method. Or maybe there is another way in which the incoming DPM can be converted into the passing VOF in porous medium. Can someone clarify and guide me on this subject matter?

Hello, can you elaborate the issue with using transition model with porous media?

Thanks for reply, I want to simulate rain drops on porous media using dpm which converts into vof when it comes into contact with the porous surface, so that VOF on porous media can be checked. But, I could only use DPMtoVOF model on wall surface, and only when wall film to vof transition is also initialized. VOF was not formed on porous surface(air-porous medium interface). Should I use UDFs?
