Error – licensed number of users already reached.

  Hello,
  I've been using Lumerical CHARGE, and while doing some running my computer got bluescreen (seems that it is due to lack of memory)
  I rebooted my computer and tried to use CHARGE again, and came across an error as below:
  Currently, I'm using it via floating, and there 1 server computer in the lab (proly which holds License Manager program).
  But no one knows how to resolve or manage 'liscenced number of users', and I'm just a new guy in this lab.
  Could anyone tell me how to fix it?

  Please ask the person managing the license server to stop and restart the License Manager. That should release the hung license, which is hung due to the blue screen while using the application.
