Ansys Help: Online Document

  Good afternoon,
  We have Linux Cloud accounts hosting Ansys 2023 R1/R2. Our Internet "Help" link to "ansyshelp.ansys.com" does not work.
  We think our firewall is blocking this connection. Which port would we have to open to allow access? Please advise.

  let us first identify if this is a port problem or something else.
  Are users able to open a browser (firefox?) on linux and manually go to https://ansyshelp.ansys.com ?

  Good afternoon,
  Yes, when testing this we can open a browser and put in this address. General Internet access is not blocked.
  Our subscribers will not generally have Ansys accounts, so they will be stopped at this point.

  Good afternoon,
  Our IT group has a related question about Ansys "Help" internet access and rules.
  From what we can see, there are two port protocols used by Ansys "Help": One TCP and one UDP. Is it possible to access Ansys "Help" online using only TCP? Or is this choice related to version? Please advise.
  Regarding our earlier question: We discovered that numerous ports are opened when we start Ansys "Help" in a browser, and that they all seem to be above 50000. What would be the port range we would have to open to use the Ansys online "Help"?
