For clearing %appdata% you can follow the attached link

for %temp%- follow the same method and rename the .ansys to .ansys_old

For the other queries, I think it might be an issue while extracting results up to a large extent of 30,000 timestamps. Do you use the Ansys student version ( Free version)? Are you facing this issue with other system or other Ansys version too? Have you checked the graphics card updated or not? Please let me know.
