We have an exciting announcement about badges coming in May 2025. Until then, we will temporarily stop issuing new badges for course completions and certifications. However, all completions will be recorded and fulfilled after May 2025.

If I have added a new liquid and specified the properties: density, Cp, thermal conductivity and viscusity,
are these sufficient to carry out a heat simulation in ansys fluent,
in which everything necessary is taken into account to achieve a correct result?
Even if the aggregate states change during the simulation?

If it changes state you'll need the vapour properties & enthalpy (latent heat) and the phase change models. Assuming all of the boundary conditions etc are also set.

I advise going through the thermal course on Learning and looking at the various tutorials in Fluent's Help system.
