Hi, I have a question regarding the floating license.

 

Is it possible to associate a floating license on a virtual server?

If yes, should the server have floating IP, fixed IP or indifferent?

I hope you are talking about Ansys Floating licenses. Yes, it is possible to associate a floating license on a virtual server. But you will need a Fixed IP address.
