September 19, 2023 at 1:55 pmAyatollah YehiaSubscriberI'm a graduate student trying to continue use of ANSYS 2022 R2. We have a license with one port and 3 servers that has been successfully checked.
However, I'm getting this error when trying to save the license:
Could not save server and port to file: C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\Shared Files/Licensing/ansyslmd.ini.How can I resolve this? I've tried multiple uninstallation and reinstallations with no success.

Hi Ayatollah,
Please try to ping and telnet your servername, also to make changes in ansyslmd.ini file you need to open it as admin.
