Ansys Student 2022R1

  Hi everyone,
  I often switch between my personal PC and office PC when working with ANSYS. Unfortunately, Ansys Student 2022 R1, which is the version installed in my office, is no longer available to download from the website. Any chance somebody has the installation files for ANSYS Student 2022 R1 and could share it with me? Thanks.

  Hi Pawel, Ansys student is governed by the terms and conditions to which you agree while you download it. Free student downloads are for educational use only and may only be used for self-learning, student instruction, student projects, and student demonstrations. They are not for commercial use purposes. and on the site we have made available recent and 2 prior versions:

  I don't think the Student 2021R1 build licence is still valid so it'll probably not work anyway. Double check the office install is Student (and the version) and not using the campus licence.

  Perhaps, I didn't make myself clear. What I meant is a PhD students' office - not a commercial office. I am a doctoral student and I am not using Ansys Student for commercial purposes.
  I understand it is not possible to download the 2022 R1 (not 2021 R1) version from the website. I was rather hoping somebody still had the installation file of the older release or an Ansys employee would be able to share a download link, which is no longer available on the website. Could you please let me know if that's possible? Thank you.

  Student has a self contained licence which is unlikely to still be valid, so I'd not bother trying to find it. Ansys 2022R1 "full" version, ie the campus licenced option is available from the Customer Portal. Academic Staff should be able to register for that, and you'll need the licence ID number & Uni email when you sign up. You may need IT support depending on your local permissions & licence configuration. The software in the PhD student office really should be University provided too, Student is to allow for home learning and not to replace campus provision.
