SubscriberTo add new material in CHARGE simulation, there are some material type options such as 'semiconductor', 'insulator', 'conductor' etc. If I want to add a Transparent Conducting Oxide (TCO) material such as Indium Tin Oxide, which option should I choose?
Thanks

Ansys EmployeeIn CHARGE it has only 3 types of materials: 'semiconductor', 'insulator', 'conductor' .
Any other materials must fall in those 3 types. If you believe its main function is for conducting current, then it is metal; if it does not transport charges, it is dielectric. The rest must have semiconductor material properties.
