怎么在FDTD中导入畸变的膜系结构

      我想在FDTD中仿真由于基底表面缺陷而导致的畸变的膜系造成的光场的重新分布,现在遇到了一个问题,怎么把几十层畸变的膜系导入到FDTD中?是将膜系的电镜图片导入吗?但是似乎这样似乎没有办法指定每层膜的材料,这个图是文献中的图片,期待得到回复

      你可以用能描述此变形的Polygon;或者用第三方软件画出来再逐层输入。如果是非色散介质,也可以按折射率分布输入:
