Hi,

When I try and access the tutorials in the forum I get an error screen saying the content is blocked and I need to contact the site owner to fix the issue. I'm guessing its a browser security setting? Any help in figuring this out would be appreciated :)

Are you seeing this with all the content or in-depth tutorials only. In the site settings next to the web link, see if anything is blocked by your organization. Also check if it is accessible from this link.

Charudatta Bandgar Its on all the content in the forum that looks like it has an embedded video. I'm getting 3rd party cookie errors, but your direct link works.

Check the cookies in use, and see if any are blocked.

 

If that does not work, clear history/cookies and then try again (in incognito mode, if that also does not work). Otherwise perhaps you can involve your IT. Another thing that you might be able to try is, rightclick on the embedded video player window, and copy the link (should be of vidyard), paste it in another window and see if that helps.

Charudatta Bandgar I've now tried all of those. Incognito is still getting the blocking error.

I don't get the vidyard link, the embedded video player is not loading. Looks like its blocked before that point. I'll see if there is anything in the F12 console.

Simon Cawthan I think it is the security on your end blocking it, if it is possible for you, disable the firewall and see if works or involve your IT team to get it unblocked.
