Hello,

when i use copy paste on a body/surface, the copied body/surface do not have the same color propreties (keyshot color) but a regular ARGB code.

I do not have this bug when i copy a part or an assembly.

I have made a little video to help you to understand the issue.

I was able to reproduce it at my end, but I can see that this behavior is seen when you are trying to copy and paste the body. When you do this, it takes into account the initial solid object with its material properties. This is same when you have solids in component and try copy pasting that. 

The possible way to avoid this would be to copy an object using move tool. That is, Press Ctrl to copy the object selected for movement and place it at the location at which you drag or dimension the move.

Does Ansy will continue to work with Luxion ?

It appears that each time i found a bug with Luxion Keyshot, there is no roadmap to correct it ?

Am I right ?

Let me check with the development team and get back to you. KeyShot 9.3 is the latest version that we support currently.

Keyshot is officially in legacy at this point, I have notified the development about this.

The easier way to avoid this would be to copy an object using move tool. That is, Press Ctrl to copy the object selected for movement and place it at the location at which you drag or dimension the move.

I'm not sure to understand well terms like "legacy" does it mean that Ansys will not update this plug-in anymore?
Do you have an equivalent of Keyshot in Discovery ?

KeyShot 9.3 is the latest version that we support currently. As far as I know, there is no equivalent of Keyshot at the moment in Discovery. 

We do not have more information on this, but I have notified this to the development team.
