Hi Tim Dukes ,

You can create and check for shortcuts from Settings >> Customize >> Shortcuts.

Let me check for the documentation on tips that get displayed while loading Discovery and I will get back to you.

Currently we don't maintain any documentation for Tips and Hints. I am discussing this with team and will suggest this for future releases.
