Why can I not find my scale tool for my sketches?

      It should be right there with the modify tools, but it is not.  Please help.  My older version has it.

      Hi Jeff McClintic ,

      You can activate Scale Tool from SpaceClaim Options >> Advanced >> Disable Constraint Based Sketching. Please see the attached image.
