  Hi,
  I am doing battery discharge simulation using Newman P2D model in Ansys Fluent. Towards the end of discharge around 3.2V terminal voltage. I am getting these errors. I have tried with small under-relaxation factors and small time steps but the issue is still there.

  Hi Nitesh, HPPC data fit is very important for Fluent to run the model with out any issues. This issue occurs mainly if the HPPC data (Voltage vs time) is not similar for all SOC levels. Please plot Voltage vs Time to confirm this. If this is the issue, you have to check your HPPC data again.

  Would you please elaborate? This does not make any sense w.r.t my problem.
  I am doing 1C,2C,3C... discharge for NMC-Gr Li-ion cell. I have voltage-time plots at the mentioned C-rates, but they all show the same error near the end of discharge.
