Ansys.Fluent.Cortex.CortexCommand FAILED

  Hi!
  
  I am trying to import a mesh file into Fluent and I Fluent told me that there is a problema related to Ansys.Fluent.Cortex.CortexCommand FAILED....
  
  I enclosure to the email two screen shot with the problems.
  
  What can I do to solve it?

  First time trying to use Fluent, I have this error message too.
