I encouter forrtl: severe (157): Program Exception - access violation ever since I changed ASCII_Option to Binary=2.
Solver: C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v231\ansys\bin\winx64\lsdyna_sp.exe
It worked fine before, but it was generating ASCII files which are to big to handle (see below image):
Reminder:
I switch binary to 2 instead of 0 in order to have binary database (see image below):
It now generates a forrtl: severe (157): Program Exception - access violation error.
I am running my computer on WIndows.
Hope someone can help me!

This is an internal error in LS-DYNA that would need to be fixed if it hasn't been already. You can ask you Ansys contact to see if they can provide access to a current Dev version to see if this issue has been fixed.
In the meantime, I would suggest that you take out the DATABASE cards one at a time to see which one may be causing the issue (or take them all out and put them in one at a time)
