When I said average h, I was considering using a constant for h, but sure, there are other options for a variable h rather than just importing a time or spacial varying value from a linked fluid system or "External Data." You can use an equation in x,y,z, or time, or use tabular with Temperature as independent variable, or import time or temperature dependent data.
