One or more contact zones contain a friction value greater than 0.2. If convergence problems arise, the switch to the non-symmetric Newton Raphson option may facilitate convergence.

SubscriberDid convergence problems arise? If so, there are many ways to resolve the convergence issue, like applying the load in increments, adjusting the contact definition, changing the mesh. Just switching to non-symmetric Newton-Raphson without doing those other improvements is unlikely to resolve the problem.
Please show screen snapshots of your model and explain what you are attempting to simulation and attach your project archive to your next post.

Subscriberi used the stell in my project as a material and the friction value is between 0.06 and 0.2 , so i can't apply more then 0.2 because it's allready programedÂ
