Element is the asic mesh in finite element meshing;

ID is the identification for each element.

the N:3 matric contains the meshing information and the result, for the unstructured data. You will need to interpolate it into rectilinlinear data. Please refer to this link  https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034405774-interptri-Script-command
