Lumerical FDTD modelling software licensing

I am a student and my supervisor suggested that I become familiar with your Lumerical FDTD modelling software. I have tried getting a thirty-day trial license but to no avail. Is there any way I could get some help setting this up? I have tried following the steps on the website, but each time I somehow fail to be able to get it to work. When I request a trial license, it says I have already requested one, and therefore cannot request another.

That’s what I did in the first place, but they told me to post here. I'll try again.

Hi every one, I have tried reproduce “Effect of shell thickness of gold-silica core-shell nanospheres embedded in an organic buffer matrix for plasmonic solar cells” using FDTD simulation. But I have faced one problem which is the color bar fexing which is 0,2,4,6,8,10,12  from the coulor bar?
