Mesh quality check for a 3D pipe

I have generated a mesh for a 3D pipe to simulate two phase flow.

I just want to confirm whether my mesh is good to go or not.

      Avg. Element quality = 0.31237

      Avg. Aspect ratio = 4.5952

      Skewness (min = 4e-06, max = 0.529, Avg = 0.21759)

      Orthogonal quality (min = 0.69, max = 1, avg = 0.9624)

It's not. Cell quality is fine, mesh resolution is lacking. Also review what aspect ratio means, and why you may need to be more careful with this than the aerospace people.

Which multiphase model are you planning on using?

      VOF model

      How to improve mesh resolution?

I'd be looking at the cell size settings. If you review the various tutorials in the Help and Learning sections, how does your mesh compare to the other VOF cases?

I have tried to fine the cells and increase the skewness a bit. Has the mesh resolution improved now?

Given you have more cells across the pipe, yes. I have no idea about axially though as I can't see that.
