Implementation in 2D-3D model grain and boundary grain

      Hello everyone

As per the title I would like some help to implement in the lattice structure, a superalloy of nickel, grains and grain boundaries.

I premise that I created the structure with MultiScale.Sim, an Ansys tool, and I would like to understand if:

      - Having created the polycrystalline structure I can modify it by going to insert grains and grain boundaries, to simulate the behavior of diffusion

      - Having a Python file, written in APDL, can I use it to do what I would like

      Thanks for help

Your question is too general.  Since it involves customized python scripting, it is more in the category of consulting and beyond the scope of this forum.

OK I will try to be more specific.
      I created a structure, polycrystalline metal (with MultiScale.Sim), both 3D and 2D.
Now my geometric problem requires me to insert some elements to simulate a structure, as if it had some defects interpreting grain boundaries, holidays or dislocations.
For example, if you look at the figures below, the colour blue is what I want to achieve within my structure.
Now, the question is: how do I implement this geometry?

While my work in Ansys, with MultScale, is below

Have you some suggestions about this? Or the section where to do a request?
      Thank you
