SubscriberHi,
Â
How to perform quasi-steady aerodynamic analysis of a flapping foil using Ansys Fluent? I am concerned about problem setup, flow conditions etc.

Regards

SubscriberThis is not what I am looking. What do I want to know is actually a Quasi-steady simulation, and how to do in Ansys Fluent? Your shared link is unsteady simulation.

SubscriberFor Quadi-steady state you might need to use parametrisation.

Subscriberwhat actually quasi-steady means? How to interpret the parametric results in this case?

SubscriberQuasi-steady state is when we observe a case under steady state condition (variables are not time-dependent) but at the same time we observe the variation and the development of the case under different boundary conditions or geometeic changes. (Parametrisation)
