SubscriberForward resistance of the device need to be calculated for different frequencies. Is it possible using the anode current.

Ansys EmployeeHi,
You can perform a small signal analysis (for a range of frequencies) and then derive internal resistance from the real part of impedance.
This approach is used in the travelling wave modulator example (here is the link). This approach is used in Step 2/5 of the workflow; the post-processing can be found in the script "tw_modulator_DEVICE_ac_RC.lsf".
