Hello,

I have made a model to see the difference between using a 3D pin and using a revolute joint. In the image below you can see the model consisting of several plates, three bushings and a through pin.

As can be seen, the forces have been applied to the external sheets (red arrows) and a fixed support has been applied to the internal sheets (in black). For more information, the revolute joints that have been put instead of the pin in 3D, has been configured as a deformable behavior

However, the results I get are quite different from one model to another. As can be seen in the following image, both the stress (Pa) and the deformation are different (scale factor x2000). 

Can someone explain to me why there is such a difference between one analysis and another?
Would it really be representative to use joint contacts instead of pins or bolts?
