Problem with CFX, application failed to connect

  Hello, I need to use Ansys the student version for my master but I am facing a problem while using CFX, and I cannot get to the Setup. This is what pops up:

  Uninstall the Student Version.
  Rename the Ansys Inc directory un c:\Program files\ to Ansys_Old
  Reinstall the Student Version by right click ->run as administrator.
  
  If that does not work, try running with firewall shut down as a test.
