How to model laminar flow in one domain and turbulent in adjacent domain?

First isolate the regions into separate domains. Set both laminar and turbulent domains to turbulent using SST. In the laminar domain, suggested setting Eddy Viscosity (under Advanced Turbulence Controls) to zero. This should approximate laminar flow in the laminar domain.
