Firstly, my project is to simulate the response of a fluid jet to periodic excitations, mainly acoustic (without mass adition). My strategy was to do two different simulations, one for the maturing of the jet profile inside the rectangular duct, and the other for the jet outside. I started simulating the development of the jet inside the duct, and now I need to somehow 'probe' the results for the, now, main simulation. I can make available the simulation file if necessary..

In Fluent we can add monitor points (Results > Surface) and then use Reports to monitor the value (anything solved in the model) at those points with time or iteration count. Have a look at the tutorials available via the Fluent Help system.
