how to make topology optimization Compliant structure?

I want topology optimization for output distance values that are deformed by input forces from  Compliant structure from Fig.1.
the Constraint is set as shown in Figure 2, but I don't know the setting and method for optimizing the deformation structure according to the inout force and output distance.
As shown in the picture above, please tell me how to set up and how to optimize the topology according to the input force and output distance..
