Crosslinking in Ansys Fluent

      Hi all,

I'm mixing two fluids (as of this post /forum/forums/topic/does-ansys-fluent-account-for-crosslinking/), and I'm wondering how do I get Ansys to take crosslinking into account?

My mixing is being done through species, with "a reacting mixture where A+B=C and C's properties are not related to A or B in anything other than mass," according to @Rob - i.e. I have chemical crosslinking to programme. I know that my crosslinking is ionic as well.

      Hi,

To model crosslinking, you will need to define the chemical reactions that occur when your two fluids mix. You can define the reactions, which allows you to specify the stoichiometry and kinetics of each reaction.

If you have ionic crosslinking, you will need to define the species transport properties of your ions.

      Thank you.

Thank you - that definition comes in from a User Defined Function, yes?

I have ionic crosslinking, how do I define the species transport properties of my ions, is it through a UDF or in another section?
