Unable to import ODB++ file in Ansys Q3D

  I have exported ODB++ from Altium to Ansys Q3D and received the errors
  How can I be able to solve this issue? thanks in advance

  If you are tying to go from Altium to the Electronics Desktop, I would recommend using the direct EDB exporter instead of ODB++. Here is a link to that process from the Altium side:
