Hello Roberto

Can you please send the files, and the complete log files of the save error you are getting? I would like to try it on my end and see if we can find anything. (If you want I can send the secure transfer link).

Also is the the other query you asked here, with regards to the crease not getting created related to the file w which we are getting the crease error, if not would you mind if we do that in separate query discussion so that it will be easier to keep track?
