    Spaceclaim has stopped working I have a perpetual license with an up-to-date subscription. Windows 7 pro x64, 16Gb of Ram, GeForce GTX 750Ti, Core i5 3.30Ghz impossible to launch "discovery spaceclaim", after the start of program, one window appears for indicate SpaceClaim has stopped working. i have tested the answer here, but not working again. Hi  nicolas Your graphics card GeForce GTX 750Ti does not support Discovery Live. To see a list of compatible Graphics card please check this link. To check compatibility of your machine you can also go through this link .

We see from our database that your license has not been activated yet. I suggest you go through this link  and make changes to your firewall and then try again.

I know for "Discovery Live" but my problem is for SpaceClaim.
with Spaceclaim 2017 no problem but with update for Sc19.1, this version not working, impossible to launch.

Firewall configured and now spaceClaim works again.
